CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a no show or a
cancellation with less than 48 hours notice prior to the
date of arrival, an amount equivalent to the full value of the booking will be
charged to the credit / debit card used to secure the booking.
Any cancellation 48 to 72 hours prior to the date of arrival is 10%.
More than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival there is a $5nzd charge.
The above is not for groups. above is only for individual bookings.
GROUPS
We require one person to be
personally responsible for the conduct of all guests in the group, and any
damage caused.
We may require a 'good behaviour' bond along with payment in
advance.
For the benefit of all our guests, in the event of persons behaving
in an inappropriate manner, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the
entire booking, without refund.
